There is a dream I must tell you about.

In the dream, there was a small, beautiful creature — pure white fur beneath the dirt, mud, and oil — strapped to the front of a motorcycle, bearing its impossible weight.
It was thirsty. Exhausted. Still trying to breathe under the heaviness.

When the mud washed away, you could see the softness again. The light. The beauty that had been there all along.

This little creature… is every woman who has been told to carry the load of a man, of a family, of a career and of a world that forgot her softness was sacred.

This dream came to me in August 2025, and it became the seed of this blog. No part of your soul should be left suffering in silence, sacrificing itself in pain just to keep moving forward. The real question is—how do we restore balance and rescue that sacred piece of ourselves that has been carrying the burden for far too long?

Step One: Recognize the Weight Was Never Yours

We are taught — sometimes openly, sometimes in subtle ways — that to be “strong” means to endure everything without complaint. To fix. To carry. To be the one who holds it all together.

But weight is sneaky. It creeps in slowly, disguised as “responsibility,” “love,” or “duty,” until one day you can’t remember what it feels like to move lightly.

The truth?
You were never meant to be the mule carrying everyone else’s survival.

So we armoured ourselves. We ran into battle every day. We hardened our voices. We forgot how to receive.

Hay un sueño que debo contarles.

En el sueño, había una pequeña y hermosa criatura — pelaje blanco puro bajo la tierra, el barro y el aceite — atada al frente de una motocicleta, soportando un peso imposible.
Estaba sedienta. Agotada. Aún intentando respirar bajo tanta carga.

Cuando el barro se lavó, se podía ver nuevamente la suavidad. La luz. La belleza que siempre había estado allí.

Esa pequeña criatura… es cada mujer a la que le han dicho que debe cargar el peso de un hombre, de una familia, de una carrera, y de un mundo que olvidó que su suavidad era sagrada.

Este sueño llegó a mí en agosto de 2025 y se convirtió en la semilla de este blog. Ninguna parte de tu alma debería quedar sufriendo en silencio, sacrificándose en el dolor solo para seguir adelante. La verdadera pregunta es: ¿cómo restauramos el equilibrio y rescatamos esa parte sagrada de nosotras que ha estado cargando con un peso infinito durante toda tu vida?

Paso Uno: Reconoce que el peso nunca fue tuyo

Nos enseñaron — a veces abiertamente, a veces de forma sutil — que ser “fuerte” significa soportar todo sin queja. Arreglar. Cargar. Ser quien sostiene todo.
