False Claims & Defamation Belle.com.mx reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity that makes false, misleading, or defamatory statements against the brand, its products, or its personnel — without holding a valid proof of purchase issued by Belle.com.mx — or that acts with evident bad faith or malicious intent to damage the commercial reputation of the company.
Such conduct may constitute moral damages (daño moral) under the Mexican Federal Civil Code and/or unfair competition under the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property, and will be treated accordingly.
Jurisdiction Any dispute arising from the use of this website or any purchase made through it shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Ciudad de México (CDMX), Mexico. By purchasing from belle.com.mx, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of CDMX.

Dichas conductas podrán constituir daño moral conforme al Código Civil Federal de México y/o competencia desleal conforme a la Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial, y serán tratadas en consecuencia.
