Returns & Refunds Policy

At Belle.com.mx, all sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch, and intention-based nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Atelier Jewelry — Each piece is hand-assembled with specific energetic intention. Because the piece is created for a specific person, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Apothecary Products — All botanical products are handcrafted in small batches. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee the conditions under which products are handled, and therefore no returns or refunds are accepted.

Damaged During Shipping — If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product at bellemagnifiquecdmx@gmail.com and we will review the situation.

All purchases constitute acceptance of these terms.
